Liana Kuznetsova

I am delighted to call St. Petersburg my native city. I graduated from St. Petersburg State University with degree in Philology & English literature. As an experienced traveller, I am convinced that St. Petersburg is one of the most unique and magnificent cities in the world and it’s really worth the visit. Though I have lived here all my life, every time I walk around the city I cannot help but wonder and admire its magic beauty, its broad, straight avenues, majestic palaces and cathedrals, green parks, countless bridges and canals. I am an experienced guide, and have been working as a licensed English-speaking tour guide for seven years. I really enjoy this work because it gives me the opportunity to show off my beautiful city. I also get to meet and communicate with many interesting people, to share my knowledge of history and arts. I guide various excursions: a sight-seeing tour, the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, Peter and Paul’s Fortress, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, the Church on the Spilt Blood, Peterhof (the «Russian Versailles»), Catherine’s Palace (famous for its Amber Room), and the Yusupov’s Palace (one of the most magnificent private mansions of the 19th and 20th centuries). I conduct various excursions trying to cover all the aspects of the history of the city and our modern life. During different tours you will have the opportunity to catch the spirit of the age of Russian Tsars, revolution, and Soviet times, and I will be glad to share with our guests my admiration and extensive knowledge about the city. It gives me great pleasure to meet people coming for the first time to St. Petersburg, and lead them through the most beautiful and interesting places, showing both the museums and palaces. I believe that St. Petersburg is the most wonderful city in the world!

Maria Guseva

¡Hola! Me llamo María.

Elena Minenko

English-speaking guide, six years in tourism.
I’m not native to Saint Petersburg, but I’ve been living here for ten years and due to my keen interest in history and art I have almost meticulously explored every little bit of the city with all its glorious palaces and silent stone mansions, centuries-old parks and shiny cupolas of many churches, dark silver rivers and neat canals dressed in granite covers, wide and busy avenues and cozy boulevards, were you are so likely to meet undoubtedly interesting people from all over the world, talented artists, devoted scientists and inspired writers. It’s safe to say that throughout these years I have really got to know the city although there is always something new to surprise. Saint Petersburg is a city with a big and amazing soul, and I’m very honored and pleased to be the one to show it to you.
